We reply to all requests within 1-3 working days, with an itemised price and approximate production time frame.

If you require assistance with in-home fabric selection, we can assist for an hourly rate.

Once you have approved the quote and chosen your fabric, an invoice will be sent with a deposit request to initiate the order.

Most orders take approx. 2-3 weeks, dependant on the size of the order and my availability.

When your order is complete, you will receive a final invoice and notification to collect your custom pieces.
