Shipping policy

All orders are shipped using Australia Post or suitable courier.

All cushion covers are dispatched within 3-5 business days, pending payment verification.

All bean bags are dispatched within 5-8 business days, pending payment verifications.

All pet beds are dispatched within 7-14 business days, pending payment verifications.

Once dispatched we will notify you via email and provide you with tracking information, once available.

Delivery time is usually between 2-7 working days, depending on where you are located within Australia.

Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times. However, if your package does not arrive at least 10 business days after the suggested timeframe, please contact us.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned to us because of an invalid address will incur an additional shipping charge.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
