Refund policy
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch, however if you believe your product to be faulty please contact us at orders@wabisabiinteriors.com.au and include your order number and product fault.
Provided we are satisfied that the product is either faulty or is not the item that you ordered, we will organise for a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable so you will be responsible for paying any shipping costs to return your item (unless it is faulty). Please note that the product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please contact us for the return address.
